Development

Because WebOn develops is own software we also possess our own architects. They also help develop customer-specific solutions that ensure competitive advantage for our customers.

Design

Many of our customers have their own designers or agencies that they work closely with, but if there is a need for web design competence we can either complement or take on the design work entirely.

Implementation

We help our customers through the entire project phase. Our customers will during the customer-journey relate to a single point of contact, which coordinates and monitors the delivery end to end.

Maintenance

Our customers see it as an advantage that they can hand over the operation of the entire digital commerce platform to WebOn. We offer different service levels depending on needs and extended SLA can be part of the deal.

Support

In addition to having their own dedicated project manager to handle ongoing development, all WebOn customers also have access to WebOn-support system that will answers requests by e-mail and telephone.
