As a customer you will during the customer journey relate to your own project manager, who will coordinate and follow up the project from start to finish. Most of our customers will find it relieving to leave operation of their entire digital solution to WebOn. We offer different service levels, according to your needs, and will provide monitoring, maintenance and support accordingly. If you prefer to host the solution in your own hosting environment, or with a hosting partner we can also cater for such a scenario.
In addition to having your own Project Manager to talk to, all of our customers have access to our support team who will respond to your requests by e-mail and phone. Our support team will handle urgent matters, and also escalate issues to other units if necessary. Those of our customers who depend on increased availability will also have access to our SLA-team, who operate solutions for our customers 24/7.
